Return & Refund Policy
Alpha Computer works as a service provider. Since we provide digital internet connectivity, the following policies apply:
- Service Fees: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated for the billing cycle.
- Installation Charges: One-time installation charges (OTC) are non-refundable as they cover physical labor and materials.
- Hardware: Any hardware provided by the company remains company property unless purchased outright. Purchased hardware may be subject to manufacturer warranty but is non-returnable to the ISP after installation.
- Refunds: In exceptional cases of prolonged service failure (more than 7 days) due to company fault, a pro-rated credit may be applied to the next month's bill at the company's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in giving our customers flexibility regarding their subscription. Please read our cancellation guidelines below:
- Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team or sending an email request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- No Cancellation Fee: There are no cancellation fees, but the user is responsible for returning any company-owned hardware (ONU, router, switch) in good working condition.
- Immediate Disconnection: Upon request, the connection will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, or immediately if requested, with no refunds for the remaining days of that cycle.
