Service Agreement
- Subscriber declares that the information and data given are correct.
- Subscriber will not share his/her connection with anybody outside the registered premises.
- Alpha Computer may install necessary hardware (ONU/Switch) which remains the property of the company.
- The one-time installation charge (OTC) is non-refundable.
- Monthly bills must be paid in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Service may be suspended if the bill is not paid by the due date.
- Subscriber can stop service by completing a short formality one month in advance.
- Illegal use of the internet connection is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Liability
Alpha Computer is not responsible for any damage caused by electric surges or natural disasters (e.g., thunder). We aim for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for external network failures beyond our control.
